Registration fee for in-person class on site at Craft and Found Exchange

Saturday April 26 10:00am – 12:30pm

This will be an introductory level class for Zentangle, a structured method of drawing simple repetitive patterns that results in a meditative “Zenflow”.

Zentangle is an easy method of structured drawing that anyone can do. You do NOT need any artistic talent or experience. None whatsoever! If you can draw a more-or-less straight line, an S, a C, an orb (a more-or-less circle), and a dot, you can do it. And what’s more, you CANNOT make a mistake! If something didn’t come out the way you planned, it’s an opportunity for creativity! Zentangle is mindful and peaceful. You’ll experience “Zenflow,” a calm meditative state, as you draw simple repetitive patterns. And, you’ll have a lot of fun.

Experienced tanglers are welcome to join us!

We are excited to welcome Betsy as the Guest Instructor for this class!

“I am a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT), officially authorized to teach The Zentangle Method®. I have been tangling for about 17 years, and have studied with the Zentangle founders as well as other talented CZTs and tanglers. I tangle nearly every day, participate in a weekly ZoomTangle group of friends, and take many classes. I love sharing The Zentangle Method® and the special tips and techniques that I use to get the results I want. My goals are to teach tangles and tangling techniques, encourage individual creativity and experimentation, provide opportunities for ZenFlow, and for everybody to have fun.”  ~ Elizabeth Sofish, CZT
